Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that on 23 June 2022 and 27 June 2022, Sandra Stash, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company's Board of Directors, acquired an aggregate 17,856 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at an average price of 111.65 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mrs. Stash is now interested in 17,856 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
