Update on Pressfit Holdings

Further to the announcement dated 10 July 2014, Craven House is pleased to announce that Pressfit Holdings Plc ("Pressfit"), a specialist manufacturer and distributor of stainless and carbon steel press fittings and one of the Company's largest investments, has today, been admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Alexandra Eavis, Non-Executive Director of Craven House commented "This is an important step in enhancing Pressfit's credibility as a manufacturer, both locally and internationally. As well as confirmation of the AIM admission, we are also very pleased to confirm that Pressfit has entered into partnership agreements which include undertakings to place purchase orders representing a minimum of £1,500,000 in sales revenue for Pressfit in 2014 and 2015. We believe this should provide Pressfit with a very sound footing from which to execute its strategy of sales growth across a wide range of international markets"
