Medsea Estates Group PLC31 July 2006 For immediate release 31 July 2006 MEDSEA TO SUPPLY SAGA CUSTOMERS WITH OVERSEAS PROPERTIES Major international contract for Spanish estate agent Spanish-based estate agent Medsea Estates Group Plc, has signed an agreementwith Saga Holidays, the UK's leading supplier of goods and services to the over50s, which will position Medsea as key provider of overseas homes for Sagacustomers. Medsea believes this arrangement, which gives it an opportunity tooffer its services to millions of Saga customers, is a significant endorsementof the Group's credentials and will provide an important source of future sales. All properties, whether purchased 'off-plan' or on completed developments, willbe subject to Saga's stringent quality checks, as will the overall salesoperation. Saga customers wishing to make an inspection trip will be providedwith flights, transfers to and from the airport and to the properties, and up tothree night's accommodation in a minimum four star hotel on a bed and breakfastbasis. These trips will be protected by Saga's ATOL bond and operated inconjunction with Medsea. In addition, Saga customers booking a holiday in the vicinity of a suitabledevelopment will be offered the opportunity to pre-register for a freeinspection trip to view the development as part of their holiday. Properties offered through the scheme will be featured on a new Saga OverseasHomes website accessible from the main Saga website. The launch will focus onSpain.
