Change of Auditor

Craven House Capital plc ("Craven" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company, today announces that it has appointed Edwards Veeder LLP as auditor to the Company for the financial year ending 31 May 2020, in place of RBK Business Advisers ("RBK").

As announced on 9 October 2020, the Company received consent of AIM Regulation together with the automatic extension granted by Companies House to publish the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts by no later than 28 February 2021. However, Craven House now expects these to be announced and published between the end of November and early December 2020.
