The deal means that Medsea increases its portfolio oflocations through Headlands offices in Cyprus, Portugal and Turkey. Headlandswill now also market the investment and holiday homes offered through Euro Med,part of the Medsea group. This reflects Medsea's stated expansion programme and follows hard on the heelsof its move into the fast growing Italian market.
