Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 30thΒ March 2009 that on 27thΒ March 2009 MarkΒ Cropper, Deputy Chairman of the Company, acquired on behalf of his children 341 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company, at a price of 82.0p per share.
As aΒ result of this transaction MarkΒ Cropper has a beneficial interest in the Company of 1,206,540 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.2% of the issued share capital of the Company, and a non-beneficial interest in the Company of 160,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
