Directors Interests
The Company announces that it was notified that on 25 August 2016 M.A.J. Cropper, a Director of the Company, purchased 2,600 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") from members of the Cropper family at a price of 887.5p per share.
The members of the Cropper family and M.A.J. Cropper are deemed to be acting in concert and regarded by the Takeover Panel to be members of the concert party detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party").
As a result, M.A.J. Cropper's interest in the Company is as follows:

*Includes a total of 486,924 Shares pledged as security
The total interests of the Concert Party following these transactions, directly and indirectly, remains unchanged at 3,611,290 Shares, which represents 39.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
