Director Dealing
The Company was notified on 20 November 2017 that on the same day, Mark Cropper, a Director of the Company, acquired 455,751 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") from members of the Cropper family which were transferred for nil consideration as follows from:
Sir James Cropper 368,001 shares (3.9% of total share capital)
Lady Susan Cropper 87,750 shares
The members of the Cropper family and Mark Cropper are deemed to be acting in concert and regarded by the Takeover Panel to be members of the concert party detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party").
As a result, Mark Cropper's interest in the Company is as follows:

The total interest of the Concert Party, directly and indirectly remains unchanged at 3,617,642 Shares, which represents 38.2% of the Issued share capital of the Company.
