Directors' interests
The Company provides the following update on the interests of the directors in ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares"). On 27 July 2015 the Company was notified by the trustees ("SIP Trustees") of the James Cropper PLC Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), of the following Share awards, on 20 July 2015 and at 506.8p per Share, to directors.
Under the SIP, Shares to be issued to participants are held by the SIP Trustees in their capacity as trustees of the SIP. After a holding period of five years Shares held by the SIP Trustees are transferred to participants.
