Directors' interests
The Company provides the following update on the interests of the directors in ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares").
Under the Company's employee share incentive plan ("SIP") Shares to be issued to participants are held by the Trustees of the James Cropper PLC Share Incentive Plan ("SIP Trustees") in their capacity as trustees of the SIP. After a holding period of five years Shares held by the SIP Trustees are transferred to participants. The SIP Trustees currently hold 105,857 Shares, including the following Shares in relation to directors (which will be transferred to them five years after award):
