Conduit Holdings today announces that Elain Whelan, a Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR"), on 26 November 2021, acquired 24,000 common shares. Elaine's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 65,950 common shares.
