Creston plc today announces that Malcolm Wall, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 August 2011 to pursue a permanent, executive role overseas.
Creston's Chairman, David Grigson, commented:
"My colleagues on the Board and I would like to thank Malcolm for his signification contribution to Creston over the last four years. We will miss him and wish him well for the future."
