RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement made on 30 November 2010, the Board of Creston is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the acquisition of the Cooney/Waters Businesses as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 30 November 2010 was duly passed at the General Meeting held at 12:00 p.m. today.
A copy of the resolution passed will be forwarded electronically to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
Completion of the Acquisition is expected to take place shortly hereafter.
