Further to the announcement made on 15 December 2010 that the resolution to approve the acquisition of the Cooney/Waters Businesses was duly passed at the General Meeting held yesterday, the Board of Creston is pleased to announce that it has today completed the acquisition of the Cooney/Waters Businesses.
