Caracal Energy Announces Results of Special Shareholder Meeting CALGARY, Oct. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Caracal Energy Inc. ("Caracal Energy" or the"Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to a special meetingof Shareholders held on October 3, 2013 were duly approved. Resolution 3 was passed as an ordinary resolution and Resolutions 1, 2 and 4were passed as special resolutions.
