CAP-XX Limited26 March 2008 26th March 2008 CAP-XX Limited LOI agreed with Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd. CAP-XX is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent (LOI) withMurata Manufacturing Corporation of Japan (Murata). Murata is a leading globalcompany, specializing in the development, manufacture and supply of electroniccomponents for a broad spectrum of industries, including the mobile hand-setindustry. CAP-XX and Murata will establish a comprehensive partnership to provide highperformance supercapacitors to the mobile hand-set industry and for otherapplications. In this partnership, Murata will focus on mass production, sales &marketing. In parallel CAP-XX and Murata will jointly develop next generationproducts with CAP-XX leading the material development. The partnership will enable CAP-XX to meet customers' requirements such asquality, volume and product specifications. Under the terms of the licence,CAP-XX will receive licence fees and a royalty based on the volume of sales ofsupercapacitors.
