CAP-XX Limited16 July 2007 CAP-XX LTD NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDER HOLDINGS Following the redistribution of shares amongst Grantors and Grantees under theCall Option Deed*, the changes affecting directors and major shareholders are asfollows: Shares gained/ Resulting (transferred) Shareholding % Holding A Kongats 1,751,123 5,032,151 10.29%J Murray (695,462) 4,535,238 9.27%M Quinn (256,024) 2,266,974 4.63%ABN AMRO Capital (1,263,484) 6,048,257 12.36%(Belguim)Pacven Walden Ventures (1,084,645) 5,362,024 10.96% The above redistribution only affects shareholders who held shares prior to theIPO listing on 20th April 2006 and does not alter the total number of shares onissue. The redistribution was determined as at 23rd May 2007 and the companynotified on that date. In addition, on 7th July 2007 Mr Christer Harkonen, a director of the Companynotified he had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at GBP 1.17 per share,representing 0.01% of the issued share capital on 8th June 2007. Following thistransaction his total shareholding stands at 5,000 ordinary shares, representing0.01% of the issued share capital. * The Call Option Deed was entered into prior to the IPO and disclosed in PART Vparagraph 8.5 of the Admission Document. Under the deed, existing shareholdersagreed to transfer shares amongst themselves under a set formula which reflectedany changes in the share price at a specified date.
