DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

1. The Company has been advised that 1,687 shares have been allocated at £4.63 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 27 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 26 shares for Mr N Page.

Also included in the allocation were 27 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

AESOP shares were also purchased for Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, as follows:

On 16 February 2009, options over 732,573 ordinary shares were granted with an exercise price of £2.95 per share under the company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme, which total included options over 5,491 ordinary shares granted to each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr J Kitching, Mr N Page and Mr C Sollesse. The directors' options will mature and become exercisable in 2014.

Also included was a 5-year option over 5,491 shares granted to Mrs C Sollesse. The option granted to Mrs Sollesse forms part of Mr Sollesse's notifiable interest.

Options granted under this Scheme to the directors and Mrs Sollesse in 2008 have lapsed.

Options were also granted to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, as follows:
