DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

1. Mr S Davies, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, exercised his award to acquire 742 (0.001%) ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company, granted in September 2005 under the Company's 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan, on 16 January 2009. The exercise price is £0.01 per share. 

2. On 19 January 2009, Mr Davies sold 325 of these shares at a price of £3.63 per share.
