DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
1. Lord Harris and Mr M Harris have purchased 400,000 shares and 300,000 shares, respectively, at an average price of £4.51 per share, from a company within the Harris Ventures Group. In aggregate, the Harris family interests remain unchanged.
2. The beneficial shareholdings for Lord Harris and Mr M Harris are now 13,473,271 shares (20.04%) and 3,254,758 shares (4.84%), respectively.
3. On 9 March 2009 Mr Brian Hawkins, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 1,023 shares @ £4.56 per share.
