DIRECTORS’/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

1. On 20 March 2009 Lord Harris and Mr M Harris purchased 340,000 shares and 600,000 shares, respectively, at respective average prices of £4.37 and £4.28 per share, from a company within the Harris Ventures Group. Additionally, on the same day the same Harris Ventures Group member sold 60,000 shares at a price of £3.80 to the Sheergold Grantor Settlement, whose trustees include Lady Harris and whose beneficiaries include the children of Mr M Harris. Accordingly, this shareholding now forms part of Lord Harris’s non-beneficial interests and Mr M Harris’s beneficial interests.

2. On 23 March 2009, the same Harris Ventures Group member sold 39,000 shares at ÂŁ4.10 to another Harris family member.

3. The beneficial shareholdings for Lord Harris and Mr M Harris are now 12,774,299 shares (19.0%) and 3,914,786 shares (5.82%), respectively. Lord Harris’s non-beneficial holding is now 209,514 shares (0.31%). Overall, the Harris family interests remain unchanged.

4. The Company has also received notice from Lord Harris and from Mr M Harris that the number of shares over which security has been granted by the Harris Ventures Group has reduced to 10,874,970.

5. On 23 March 2009 Mr Tim Lovegrove, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 445 shares @ ÂŁ4.07 per share.
