Board Changes
Cooks Coffee Company (NZX: CCC; AQUIS: COOK), the international coffee-focused café chain, that operates Esquires, the Organic Coffee Company in UK & Ireland, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 28 March 2024, Aiden Keegan (Chief Executive) has been appointed to the Board of Directors with immediate effect.
Matters requiring disclosure under Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Growth Market Access Rulebook remain as detailed in the Company's announcement of 28 March 2004.
