("CMG" or the "Company")

Share Repurchase

On 23 December 2011 the Company purchased in the market 497,524 ordinary shares of 10p each in CMG ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 51p per Ordinary Share. The shares will be held in Treasury by the Company until further notice.

There are currently 28,143,197 Ordinary Shares remaining in issue, which is the total number of voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
