Further to the announcement made on 5 April 2017 regarding the exchange of contracts for the unconditional sale of the site of the Company's proposed mixed-use Vauxhall Square development for a gross consideration of £157.77 million (the "Sale"), the Company confirms that the Sale has completed today.
