Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 10 May 2011 that Richard Tice, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 645.09 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 May 2011.

Following this transaction, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 259,397 Ordinary Shares (0.57%).
