Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 December 2019

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value per share ("NAV") as at 31 December 2019, calculated on a cum-income basis and after deduction of the interim dividend, was 3693p.

The interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2020 of 16.6p per share will be paid on 9 January 2020.
