Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that Tim Livett, Chief Financial Officer, has advised the board of his intention to retire and leave the Company to develop a portfolio of non-executive roles once his successor joins.

The search process for a new Chief Financial Officer has commenced and the market will be updated on progress as appropriate.

Mat Masters, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"Tim joined Caledonia in early 2019, quickly becoming a key member of our leadership team. In particular, he has been instrumental in successfully leading the modernisation of our finance and IT functions and further developing our risk management processes. I would like to thank him for these improvements and for his personal support. While I look forward to continuing to work closely with Tim over the next few months, on behalf of the board and colleagues, I wish him well for the future."

Tim Livett, Chief Financial Officer, commented:

"It has been a pleasure and a privilege to play a role in the development of Caledonia, and to work alongside Mat, the board and the executive team. I am very proud of what we have achieved together over the past few years."
