Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that Shonaid Jemmett-Page, who has served as a non-executive director of the Company since 1 July 2015, has given notice of her resignation with effect from 31 May 2022.

David Stewart, Caledonia's Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Shonaid for the considerable contribution that she has made to Caledonia over the past seven years and wish her well for the future."

In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, Caledonia confirms that, other than fees payable to Shonaid Jemmett-Page as a non-executive director up to the effective date of her resignation, no remuneration or payment has been or will be made in connection with her cessation as a director of the Company.
