Caledonia Investments plc
Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares"), which took place on 25 March 2022, and involved one of its directors William Wyatt and persons closely associated with him.
Mr Wyatt transferred 2,500 Shares in Caledonia, representing 0.005% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital to The WP Wyatt 2022 Discretionary Settlement. In addition, Mr Wyatt's spouse also transferred 2,500 Shares in Caledonia, representing 0.005% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital to The FDH Wyatt 2022 Discretionary Settlement. The transactions were conducted off-market in London and did not change Mr Wyatt's beneficial holdings in the Company.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Shares following the above transactions remain as follows:
Beneficial - 1,163,152 Shares* = 2.13%
Non-beneficial - 91,467 Shares = 0.17%
Performance share scheme awards - 123,076 Shares = 0.23%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 13,652 Shares = 0.02%
* includes 1,009,898 Shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company.
