Annual report 2023 and notice of 2023 annual general meeting
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that the following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:
· the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 ("Annual Report 2023");
· a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 19 July 2023 ("2023 AGM Circular"); and
· a form of proxy (the "Proxy").
Copies of the Annual Report 2023, the 2023 AGM Circular and the Proxy have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R. Copies can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.caledonia.com.
In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R (1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5R is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report 2023 as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website.
