Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been advised of the following transaction involving two of its directors, William Wyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer:-
On 10 February 2011, a family trust of which William Wyatt and his four minor children (Miss Isabella Wyatt, Master Oliver Wyatt, Miss India Wyatt and Master Johnny Wyatt) are potential beneficiaries, purchased 1,485 Caledonia ordinary shares, representing 0.003% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury) at 1783p per share. William Wyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer are both trustees of the trust. The Caledonia shares held by it are therefore deemed to be a beneficial interest of Mr Wyatt and a non-beneficial interest of The Honourable Charles Cayzer.
This purchase is a transaction requiring disclosure by Mr Wyatt, The Honourable Charles Cayzer, and Mr Wyatt's children as his connected persons, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R. All of the Caledonia shares purchased by the trust were acquired from within the Cayzer family concert party and will be registered in the name of Caytrust Finance Company Limited.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 119,425 shares = 0.21%
Non-beneficial - 19,093 shares = 0.03%
Options - 122,489 shares = 0.21%
Deferred bonus plan - 5,555 shares = 0.01%
The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 40,892 shares = 0.07%
Non-beneficial - 49,012 shares = 0.08%
Options - 96,575 shares = 0.17%
Deferred bonus plan - 2,323 shares = 0.004%
