Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares") involving two of its directors, William Wyatt and Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, and persons closely associated with them.
Mr Wyatt
On 26 January 2024, 7,670 Shares were transferred to Mr Wyatt under Caledonia's 2020 Performance Share Scheme ("Performance Share Scheme") at nil cost. The Shares were sourced from The Caledonia Investments plc Employee Share Trust ("EST").
On the same date, Mr Wyatt sold all 7,670 Shares to The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company ("Dunchurch Lodge"), a private company controlled by him and persons connected with him. The Shares were sold at 3384.67p per Share. Dunchurch Lodge purchased the Shares at 3385.33p per Share.
The above transactions, which were conducted on-market in London, increased Mr Wyatt's beneficial holdings in the Company.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Shares following the above transactions are as follows:

Mr Cayzer-Colvin
On 26 January 2024, 589 Shares were transferred between two funds of the ABT Cayzer Baronetcy Trust. This transaction reduced Mr Cayzer-Colvin's beneficial holdings in the Company.
Mr Cayzer-Colvin's total interests in Shares following the above transaction is as follows:
