Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Pursuant to the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that on 24 November 2023 nil-cost options over 17,573 ordinary 5p shares ("Shares") in Caledonia were granted to one of its directors, Rob Memmott, under the Caledonia Investments 2020 Performance Share Scheme (the "PSS"). The Company's share price used to determine the number of Shares subject to the PSS award was 3585p.
Subject to the rules of the PSS, nil-cost options are exercisable between three and ten years after the date of grant. Performance is measured over three years for one-third of the PSS awards which are subject to a post-vesting holding period, on an after-tax basis, of two years. The remaining two-thirds of the awards are subject to performance over five years.
The total number of Shares held under option by Mr Memmott under the PSS following this nil-cost option grant is 17,573.
