THE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC

DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified yesterday that Steven Vaughan, the Company's Property Director, exercised options under the Company's Executive Director Share Option Scheme in respect of 130,000 ordinary 5p shares ("Shares") at a price of 90 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Vaughan remains interested in 625,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.70% of the total voting rights.

Application has been made to AIM for admission of 130,000 Shares ("Admission"). These Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue. Admission is expected to take place on 4 March 2014.

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, Conygar advises that as at the date of Admission the Company's issued share capital shall comprise 88,951,304 Shares (excluding 9,667,819 Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore, the Company's total number of Shares with voting rights is 88,951,304.

The above figure of 88,951,304 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
