Conygar Investment Company PLC(The)20 March 2006 20 MARCH 2006 THE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC PLACING COMPLETION AND BOARD CHANGES The Board of The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company")announces that the conditional placing of 8,927,405 new ordinary shares of 5pence each at 116 pence per share to raise approximately £10,300,000 afterexpenses announced on 9 March 2006 has been completed. The new total shares inissue amount to 18,649,406 and group cash balances today total £15.5 million. In order to reflect the new scale of the Company and to create greater clarityand focus to the business going forward the Board has been reorganised. TheBoard is delighted to announce that Nigel Hamway, the senior non-executivedirector, has agreed to become Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.Accordingly, Robert Ware will become Chief Executive.
