Partnership with Rhubarb Hospitality Collection
at The Island Quarter, Nottingham
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar") announces that it has entered into a management agreement with Rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC) to operate the food, beverage and events operations at The Island Quarter, Nottingham. Under the terms of the agreement, RHC will be remunerated through a revenue share arrangement, which is expected to be cashflow neutral in the short term, with potential cost savings to be gained due to the experienced RHC procurement team.
The long-term agreement lasts for ten years and can be expanded to include other venues on the site in the future.
