Completion of Disposal of Investment Property Portfolio
On 23 February 2017, The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") announced that it had entered into a conditional sale agreement for the disposal of its Investment Property Portfolio to Regional Commercial Midco Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Regional REIT Limited ("Regional REIT")).
Conygar is pleased to announce that following the General Meeting held on 23 March 2017, at which the ordinary resolution proposed was duly passed by Shareholders, the disposal of its Investment Property Portfolio has completed.
Under the terms of the disposal, the consideration of £27,997,578 is to be satisfied by the issue of 26,326,644 Regional REIT shares at a price of 106.347 pence per share.
The Company confirms that it will be issued with 26,326,644 Regional REIT shares and that those shares will be admitted to trading on 28 March 2017.
