Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Chemring Group PLC announces that Mrs Vanda Murray is to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Exova Group PLC ("Exova"). Mrs Murray's appointment will take effect immediately following and is conditional upon admission of Exova's shares to the London Stock Exchange, which is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 16 April 2014.
