CHEMRING GROUP PLC - BLOCKLISTING UPDATE

Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan on 1 August 2008, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 257,080 1p Ordinary Shares (updated to reflect the share split) admitted on 10 August 2009.

Following the exercise/lapse of all options granted under The Chemring Group 2008 US Stock Purchase Plan on 29 July 2011, there are no remaining 1p Ordinary Shares to be issued/allotted from the provisional block listing of 40,635 1p Ordinary Shares admitted on 19 October 2011.
