FCA grants Centaur temporary modification to free float rule

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requires premium listed companies to maintain a free float of at least 25% of their shares admitted to trading (Listing Rule 6.14.1R). Due to recent changes in the shareholder register, Centaur's free float currently stands at 18.5%. The FCA has granted Centaur a temporary modification to its listing obligations to allow for a minimum of 17.5% of the ordinary shares in the Company to be held in public hands. This modification runs until 27 May 2021.
