Substantial proportion of shares retained by Directors and both PDMRs and non-PDMRs, demonstrating underlying confidence in Centaur.

In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was advised on 29 April 2020 that Swag Mukerji, Chief Executive Officer, and Steve Newbold and Andy Baker, who are considered to be Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, exercised nil cost options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') on 28 April 2020 and sold sufficient shares at a price of ÂŁ0.22p to settle their income tax and national insurance liabilities.

"The Directors, PDMRs and non PDMRs have exercised c.1.35m shares in total, of which c.0.56m were exercised by Directors/PDMRs and 0.79m by current and past employees who are not PDMRs. It is pleasing to note that holders of 97% of the exercised shares have retained their shares, only selling sufficient shares to pay their income tax and national insurance liabilities. This shows an underlying confidence in the Company in these uncertain times."
