On 16 August 2022, Mr Vetch exercised an option to purchase 2,400 ordinary shares maturing under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme at an average price of 749.9 pence per share. This increases Mr Vetch's beneficial holding to 6,231,404 ordinary shares, representing 3.38% of the issued share capital of the Company. 2. On 16 August 2022, Mr Gibson exercised an option to purchase 1,200 ordinary shares maturing under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme at an average price of 749.9 pence per share. This increases Mr Gibson's beneficial holding to 1,767,271 ordinary shares, representing 0.96% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3. On 16 August 2022, Mr Lee exercised an option to purchase 2,400 ordinary shares maturing under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme at an average price of 749.9 pence per share.
