Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Friday 18 March 2016 Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, sold 1,487 shares in the Company at an average price of 782.25 pence. The Company also announces that on the same date, Mr Vetch's wife, Catherine Vetch, sold 1,487 shares in the Company at an average price of 782.25 pence.

Following these transactions, Mr Vetch and his family's total beneficial holding has reduced to 9,002,397 shares, representing 5.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
