Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on Tuesday 21 July 2015 James Gibson, Chief Executive Officer, exercised an option to purchase 92,362 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. He sold these shares at an average price of 696.5 pence per share. In addition, Mr Gibson sold 94,043 ordinary shares at an average price of 696.5 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr Gibson's beneficial holding has decreased to 2,444,315 shares, representing 1.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.

John Trotman, Chief Financial Officer, on Tuesday 21 July 2015 exercised an option to purchase 62,065 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. He then sold 29,259 shares at an average price of 696.5 pence per share in order to pay the associated PAYE and National Insurance, and also sold a further 20,000 shares at an average price of 696.5 pence per share, retaining the remaining 12,806 shares. Following this transaction, Mr Trotman's beneficial holding has increased to 114,770 shares, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Adrian Lee, Operations Director, on Tuesday 21 July 2015 exercised an option to purchase 62,065 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. He sold these shares at an average price of 696.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Lee's beneficial holding remains at 785,547 shares, representing 0.50% of the issued share capital of the Company.
