Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (the "Company") received notification that Mr Mike Rand, a PDMR of the Company, sold 18,060 Ordinary Shares on 28 March 2017 that were then acquired by Mr Rand's Self-Investment Personal Pension ("SIPP") on 28 March 2017 (18,020 Ordinary Shares) and 29 March 2017 (40 Ordinary Shares). The sale of Ordinary Shares was made at a price of 110.75 pence per share for a total consideration of £20,001.45. The subsequent acquisition on 28 March 2017 of 18,020 Ordinary Shares was made at a price of 110.91 pence per share for a total consideration of £19,985.98. The acquisition on 29 March 2017 of 40 Ordinary Shares was made at a price of 111.25 pence per share for a total consideration of £44.50. Following this transfer, Mr Rand's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 201,203 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

About Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (BSIF)

The Company is a Guernsey-registered investment company focusing on large scale agricultural and industrial solar assets. It had an initial public offering of shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2013. The Company currently has over 369 million shares in issue.

The Company seeks to provide shareholders with an attractive return, principally in the form of income distributions, by investing in a diversified portfolio of solar energy assets, each located within the UK, with a focus on utility scale assets and portfolios on greenfield, industrial and/or commercial sites.
