Bank of Ireland announces that Evelyn Bourke, an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Bank of Ireland, will join the Board of Admiral Group plc as an independent Non-Executive Director and member of its Remuneration Committee with effect from 30 April 2021.
