1. Notice of Director's Interests in shares

For the purposes of Listing Rule 6.1.82(1) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules, the beneficial interests of the Directors in shares issued by the Company as at 9 April 2020 (being a date not more than one month prior to the date of the notice of the annual general meeting of the Company) compared to such interests as at 31 December 2019 (or if later the date of appointment) are set out below:

Apart from the interests set out above, the Directors had no other interests in the shares or securities of the Company or its Group undertakings at 9 April 2020.

2. Notice of substantial shareholdings

For the purposes of Listing Rule 6.1.82(2) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules, the interests in shares of the Company notified to the Company pursuant to the Transparency Regulations and related Transparency Rules as at 9 April 2020 (being a date not more than one month prior to the date of the notice of the annual general meeting of the Company) compared to such interests notified as at 31 December 2019 are set out below:
