Bank of Ireland Group plc (BIRG) ("the Group") announces that subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2025, the proposed final dividend for 2024 of 28.00 cent per share (ISIN: IE00BD1RP616) which was announced by the Group on 24 February 2025, will be paid on 10 June 2025 to shareholders on the register on 2 May 2025.
