Director / PDMR Shareholding - Replacement
The following amendment has been made to the "Director / PDMR Shareholding" announcement released 24 October 2023 at 12:23 under RNS No. 1384R.
The original announcement incorrectly included the reference to "sale" rather than "purchase" with respect to this transaction.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 24th October that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 7,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 20th and the 23rd October at an average price of £1.92 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris, together with his beneficial interests, holds 357,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
