Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 24th October that Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased an aggregate of 7,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 20th and the 23rd October at an average price of £1.92 per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, Mr Morris, together with his beneficial interests, holds 357,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
